mozCmgui 0.4.1.2 - Windows installer

Windows and Linux support. Reverted to previous cross-compile which is glibc-2.3, gcc 3.4.6, stdc++.so.6 as some distributions have their own firefox and include stdc++.so.5 by default. Support for Firefox 2.0
