changed: - Before using CVS to check out a working copy of a code repository you need to set up some environmental variables. For a bash shell type:: export CVSROOT=cvs.bioeng.auckland.ac.nz:/cvs/cmiss export CVS_RSH=ssh I recommend adding these lines to your ~/.bash_profile and ~/.bashrc file to save typing them every time you want to use CVS.
