Force Boundary Conditions and Line Searching

A quirk I found.....with force boundary conditions and line searching on, the problem doesn't solve. The line search doesn't take a step at all! Most probably due to the inconsistency between the objective function calculations in the newton step and the line search step. Solution for now - don't use line searching if it is too scared to take a step.
