History for Updating a tricubic slave mesh with host mesh fitting

cm can update the nodal positions and derivatives of a slave mesh contained
		within a host mesh.

You need the undeformed and the deformed state of your host mesh in region 1.
You put the deformed state into the field storage and the undeformed state
		into the geometrical storage which is the state you have after fitting
		but before you do 'fem update node fit reg 1'

Now you can update the slave mesh in region two 'fem update mesh position fit of 2 in 1'
