Matts CMGUI notes.

Basically what I am trying to do using CMGUI is map a undeformed texture acquired using the micro CT machine to a deformed mesh using CMGUI and re-sample this deformed texture in original Cartesian coordinates so that i can compare my FEM modeling results to micro CT images of a deformed phantom.

Will post further regarding the success of this as it happens.
