SCIRun

last edited 1 year ago by pbier

The Scientific Computing and Imaging institute based in Utah has a number of software packages which provided similar functionality to cm and cmgui. Their software runs on Windows, Linux and Mac OSX.

SCIRun is a problem solving environment for modelling, simulation and visualization of scientific problems. BioPSE is a superset of SCIRun, adding capabilities to create a biomedical problem solving environment. There are also further "power apps" built on BioPSE, such as BioImage and Seg3D, which are task specific.
