Boundary conditions

* Travis trying to work out the best way to specify the types of boundary
  conditions for each element side.


Thoughts for the future

* "80 Core Intel research chip":http://www.pcworld.com/article/id,128924-c,intel/article.html
  suggests multithreading is going to be important.

  * Multithreading saves on memory use because no data needs to be duplicated
    across processes.

* Travis found implementing time-stepping algorithms using LibMesh much easier
  that modifying cm.

* Travis is giving a Friday morning talk at the end of March to demonstrate
  the ease of using LibMesh.
