Coupling Problems in CMISS

I have been working on implementing 2D/3D mechanics coupling to be able to solve my problems on breast deformation mechanics. The code has not been committed yet, but as soon as I do, there will be a couple of examples in the examples tree to test the code I have written.

This wiki has been written to document an assumption made or a restriction by the current CMISS framework that coupling can only be done on the Xi1/Xi2 plane.

For example, the skin plane should be defined on the elemental Xi1/Xi2 plane of the 3D body. Otherwise, the coupling does not work! This restriction should really not be there, but for the time being I have left it like this. If the need arises, the CMISS code must be modified to allow all coupling problems to be free of the restriction......
